To insure the highest level of sterilization, the following is our policy: We use disposable files/pushers, single use liners for our foot soak, disposable self adhesive pads for our foot files, between each client our tools are disinfected using hospital grade disinfectant.

Are pets permitted during our service?

Due to health and safety board we recommend that you find a safe and secure location to keep your pets during the service.

How much space is required for a spa party?

Depending on the size of your party it varies however an average living room is sufficient space.

Can I claim my massage through my health insurance?

Currently, we do not have any registered massage therapists on staff therefore you can`t claim this.

What are your methods of payments and gratuities?

We accept Pay Pal, Cash and Visa. Gratuities are not included but appreciated.

How do you sterilize your tools?

We use hospital grade disinfectant for the highest level of sterilization. We also use disposable tools were possible.

Do you use credo blades?

We do not use credo blades as they are not approved by the cosmetology association due to their high risk of infection.

What should we wear during a spa party?

There are no requirements, we recommend that you dress for comfort.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hour notice for cancellation, or charges may apply.

Do you guarantee all of your products on your website?

We recommend that you consult with our product specialist before purchasing any product, generally products take 6-8 weeks to show results after that period if you are unsatisfied we will be happy to refund your product.

What is the average length of a spa party?

Depending on the services booked, generally 3/4 hrs is a good length for a party.
